MYOB Acumatica Data sync for Non Stock (Labour Items) Items – TimeSite Pro

This article explains the steps required to configure MYOB Acumatica to allow automatic synchronisation of new and updated Non stock items to the Timesheet custom 1 field in TimeSite Pro.

This process does not support any initial loading of Non stock items into TimeSite Pro, unless after completing the steps below all existing Non stock items in MYOB are updated which will trigger them being sent to TimeSite Pro

Step 1. Setup an Generic Enquiry in MYOB

In the search panel in MYOB enter Generic Enquiry and select the Menu Item (it is screen id: SM208000)

Click the + icon to create a new record and enter the information shown in the following screen shots.

No other tabs need any changes, once the above has been entered.

Click the Save icon (top left of these screen shots.)

To confirm you have setup this step correctly you can preview the results (assuming you already have some non stock items in your MYOB tenant.

The screen should split and show some results similar to that below.

Step 2. Setup a Push Notification in MYOB

In the search panel in MYOB enter Push notification and select the Menu Item under preferences (it is screen id: SM302000)

Click the + icon to create a new record and enter the information shown in the following screen shots.

The Address should be:

https://app.timesitepro.com.au/YOURSITENAME/linkmanager?source=myobadv&obj=nonstock 
where YOURSITENAME can be found in Settings -> API -> API Keys in your TimeSite Pro site.

The Header value should be:

A key you create via Settings -> API -> API Keys. 
Click the Add new record, enter: 
MYOB key for non stock sync as the Key name and click Save changes, your key will appear.

Click the Save icon (top left of these screen shots.)

You have completed the configuration required in MYOB.

Step 3. TEST

To test you have setup MYOB correctly modify an existing non stock item (add a full stop at the end of the description for a record) then in TimeSite Pro go to Settings -> Logs -> Integration and you should see a record similar to the one shown below.
