You can integrate your TimeSite Pro account with another cloud application via Zapier. This allows an activity in TimeSite Pro to trigger an action in another application. For example, when you add a new Client in TimeSite Pro, Zapier can be used to trigger the creation of a new Card (client) record in your CRM system and a message to Slack recording this activity.

Creating a Zap
Creating a new Zap using TimeSite Pro requires three steps:
- Request access to the TimeSite Pro Zap via the link above or an email to support@timesitepro.com
- Connect to your TimeSite Pro account using an API key
- Create a Zap using a TimeSite Pro trigger
Connect Zapier to TimeSite Pro
First, you will need to create an API key. Go to Settings > Integration > API keys and add a new record specifying your API key. See Integration (API key) for more information on creating an API key.
In your Zapier account, go to Connected Accounts, pulldown on the account list and search for TimeSite Pro. You will see this panel.
Site name is your host site name used in your TimeSite Pro account URL. For example, if your account login URL is https://app.timesitepro.com.au/TSDemo/Login.aspx then your host site name is "tsdemo" (caps are not needed).
Company name is your Company Name specified in Settings > Company Setup > Company Details > Company Name.
Secret Key is the API key you created for your Zapier integration in Settings > Integration > API keys. Note that this API key should be specific to your Zapier integration.
You can find more information on Connected Accounts in the Zapier help system.
Creating a TimeSite Pro Zap
Click on Make a Zap! in the top menu of your Zapier account. This will take you to the Zap Editor. You can find more information on creating your Zap in the Zapier help system.
The first step in creating a Zap is to specify your Trigger. This can be a New Client, New User or New Timesheet Record.
Subsequent steps in your Zap will be various actions and searches to complete your set of activities triggered by this change in your TimeSite Pro account. For example, you might send a message to your Slack account when a new client is added to TimeSite Pro.
There are thousands of Zap functions and Apps that you can choose from. Feel free to contact us to discuss how you might want to integrate TimeSite Pro with other cloud applications.
