The Weekly List screen integrates the "add a timesheet record" functionality with the timesheet list itself. This eliminates the click needed to open the Add a New Record panel on the Weekly List Pro screen. In addition, the calendar strip used in other timesheet screens is replaced by a monthly calendar.
To add a timesheet record, you select a date from the monthly calendar, select Client (if displayed) Project and Task. If you've selected a time-based task, you can then enter your duration or start/stop time, or duration units. You can also Start the Timer. Once all details are entered, click the Add Record button
Click the Settings button to change settings relating to this timesheet display screen including the display type, how you enter time, whether you view duration by hours and minutes or hours and decimals, and how many characters are to be displayed in the comments field.
You also have the option to change how you can enter Client, Project and Task. If you select the Tree option, the display will enable you to select the Client/Project/Task combination via a drop-down tree.
