TimeSite Pro integrates with a number of Accounting applications including MYOB (both cloud- and file-based) and Xero. To set up your export settings to your accounting package, go to Settings > Export Invoices > Settings and pull down on Export To to select your accounting package and click Save. Note that users must be granted access to the Invoice Screen in their Security settings in their User record.

Once you have connected TimeSite Pro to your accounting system, then you can map your task types to payroll categories. Refer to our help article for more information on invoice Mapping to Invoice Item Types, Task Types, Resources (users), and Tax items. You can delete the mappings that we have set up by clicking on the Disconnect from button to disconnect from your payroll system and then clicking on the Delete Mappings button.
Note that users who are responsible for exporting data from TimeSite Pro to an accounting system must have this security permission enabled. Go to Admin > User > [select user] > Security and enable Export in Screen permissions.

Export to CSV
Select Export to CSV if you want to create a simple timesheet export file that can be imported into a variety of accounting and billing systems. The export to CSV does not require any mapping to account categories.
Export to MYOB AccountRight - Cloud based integration
TimeSite Pro can export your invoices directly into your online MYOB AccountRight account. To assist you in mapping your invoice data to MYOB, we will automatically download your MYOB Account Numbers into your TimeSite Pro configuration settings when you first connect to MYOB.
Select Connect to MYOB to log in to your MYOB account. Enter your MYOB login email and password and TimeSite Pro will be authorised to export Invoices directly to your MYOB account.
Once logged in, TimeSite Pro will download your Account Numbers and apply then to your invoice mapping settings. Review these setting to complete your MYOB Cloud configuration. If you want to delete these mapping details, click on Disconnect from your MYOB account and then click on Delete Mappings to reset the invoice mapping that TimeSite Pro has established so that you can set them up manually.
Export to MYOB AccountRight - File based integration
TimeSite Pro can export a delimited .txt file in the format required by MYOB's invoice import feature. Select whether you want to export Timesheets or Activity Slips to MYOB or both via the export file. You can also select that you want export Activity Slips instead of invoices from the Invoice panel. See MYOB's help article on Creating activity slips for more information on their time-billing feature.
Export to MYOB Advanced
TimeSite Pro can export invoices into your MYOB Advanced accounting system. Once you have entered your connection details, click on the Test connecting to MYOB Advanced button. TimeSite Pro will connect to your MYOB Advanced account and download your account numbers into the Invoice Mapping settings.
Export to MYOB Essentials AUS & NZ
TimeSite Pro can export your invoices directly into your online MYOB AccountRight account. To assist you in mapping your invoice data to MYOB, we will automatically download your MYOB Account Numbers into your TimeSite Pro configuration settings when you first connect to MYOB.
Select Connect to MYOB to log in to your MYOB account. Enter your MYOB login email and password and TimeSite Pro will be authorised to export Invoices directly to your MYOB account.
Export to Quicken
TimeSite Pro can export invoices to Quicken via an export file. Contact TimeSite Pro if you require any assistance in testing this export feature.

Export to Text File
Select Export to Text File if you want to create a simple delimited timesheet export file that can be imported into a variety of payroll systems. The export to Text File does not require any mapping to account numbers.
Export to Xero
Select Xero in the Export to pulldown menu and then click on Save. You will then see the Connect to Xero button.
Click on the Connect to Xero button and you will go to the Xero login page. Enter your Xero login details and TimeSite Pro will be authorised to export Timesheets directly to your Xero account.
Click on Allow access and TimeSite Pro will automatically download your Xero Account Codes and suggest mappings to your invoice mappings. You will see an information message confirming that we have downloaded these details. Review these setting to complete your Xero configuration. If you want to delete these mapping details, click on Disconnect from your Xero account and then click on Delete Mappings to reset the invoice mapping that TimeSite Pro has established so that you can set them up manually.
