API Keys
You can integrate an application with TimeSite Pro using an API Key. An API key is a secure token which is submitted via web service (or similar) requests in order to identify the origin of the request to TimeSite Pro. Use Settings > Integration > Add new record to create a unique API Key that you can incorporate into your application's communication with TimeSite Pro.
Click on [1] Add new record and give your API key [2] a unique name. Click on [3] Save changes and an API key will be generated. Click on [4] Copy text to copy the API key to your clipboard.

You can integrate an application with TimeSite Pro using a Webhook. A Webhook will alert your application of a change made to data stored in TimeSite Pro. This can include changes to:
- Client
- Project
- User
- Timesheet Item
- Invoice
Click on [1] Add new record and give your webhook a [2] unique name. Specify your [3] URL endpoint that is to receive the event data.
