Export to HR3 and HR3 Online
If you are using HR3's API integration, contact your HR3 support desk for more information on your REST Service location URL and API Key that TimeSite Pro needs to connect to your HR3 account. See HR3's Integrations page for more information on their API integration capabilities. Select HR3 if you want to export a timesheet file from TimeSite Pro that you can import directly into HR3.
KeyPay
TimeSite Pro can integrate directly with your KeyPay account to enable you to export timesheet records. Select Keypay from the list of available payroll system in the Export to pulldown menu and click on Save. The KeyPay integration panel will be displayed.
Go to your Account Details screen in KeyPay and copy the API Key (1).

Export to MYOB - Cloud-based integration
TimeSite Pro can export timesheet records and activity slips directly into your online MYOB account. To assist you in mapping your timesheet data to MYOB, we will automatically download your MYOB payroll categories into your TimeSite Pro configuration settings when you first connect to MYOB.
Select whether you want to send timesheet or activity slips to MYOB AccountRight or both types of information. Timesheets will be exported to the payroll module. Activity slips will be exported to the billing module in MYOB AccountRight. TimeSite Pro will also export client (MYOB cards) and project (MYOB jobs) to MYOB AccountRight if these details are not already available.
Enable Use the Activity rate instead of the TimeSite Pro bill rate if you want to use the bill rate already set up in MYOB AccountRight for invoicing purposes. Note that if these billing rates are different, then TimeSite Pro may not report the same revenue totals for projects in TimeSite Pro compared to the job revenue reported by MYOB AccountRight.
Enable Create Spend Money records for disbursements if you want TimeSite Pro to create Spend Money records in MYOB AccountRight to record the payments for expenses such as petrol, office stationery, phone bills that have been entered into TimeSite Pro as non-time related timesheet records. You should then select an MYOB expense account using the pulldown Pay from this account for Spend Money records.
Click on Save when you make any changes to these Export Settings.
Select Connect to MYOB to log in to your MYOB account. Enter your MYOB login email and password and TimeSite Pro will be authorised to export Timesheets and/or Activity slips directly to your MYOB account.
Once logged in, TimeSite Pro will download your payroll categories and apply then to your Payroll Mapping settings. Review these setting to complete your MYOB Cloud configuration. If you want to delete these mapping details, click on Disconnect from your MYOB account and then click on Delete Mappings to reset the payroll mapping that TimeSite Pro has established so that you can set them up manually.
