Recent development Releases

Timesheets

• Update the shift screen to allow 3 weekly shifts to be created.
• Make sure leave request messages get sent as configured.
• Implement and release the new Timesheet Grid Basic timesheet screen for the web app.
• Enable grid personalisation for the authorisation screen.
• Add personalise grid option to review screen.

Mobile App

• Finalise leave requests via the mobile apps.
• Implement new API calls to facilitate Face recognition in kiosk.
• Modify dashboard kiosk table layout to ensure username is more visible.
• Release android and iOS updates that include face recognition support when in kiosk mode.
• Finalise the daily sign off process in both the web and mobile apps. This includes implementing messaging.
• Add the ability to disable manual clock on/off in the mobile app.

Awards / Payrules Engine

• Add shift as a filter option to the award rule items.
• Update the allowance qty in the award rules to be based on the hours entered if the rule is hourly - before it was hard set to 1.
• Update rule code for allowances targeted to processed time to ensure they use the same time of day and days filtering as all other rule types.
• Implement the ability to split daily allowance payments across projects worked on thru the day.
• Add the ability to setup daily allowances and assign these to groups, the groups are then allocated to user groups, the allowances are selectable each day via a new popup window with checkboxes and optional comments.
• Allow allowances to be targeted to sub projects.
• Add a new task type to deal with posting RDO accrual data to payroll apps.
• Allow negative amounts to be sent by the award engine for RDO accrual in payroll apps.
• Award code options now are N/A, Work, Leave, Allowance - hours, Allowance - Amount.
• New task type is called RDOLeaveNoPay, it is used by the award engine.

Import / Export

• Add department if enabled as a filter option to the basic export screen.
• Improve the matching and logging of Timesite projects to MYOB AR jobs.
• Update payroll metrics Api link to deal with leave, RDO and allowances.
• Allow export of the award code category, this category is new and user configurable.
• Resolve issue with the MYOB spend money drop down not showing available account numbers.

General

• Add ability to store multiple attachments for a project - via the admin screen.
• Add feature to enable emails to be delivered via Amazon SES instead of the Timesite email server. All sites will be migrated to this and the Timesite email server will be retired over time.
• Update security for all web services - disable the old authentication method, authentication is now only via server issued tokens.
• Upgrade amazon email sending to support attachments.
• Change the default outbound email address to email@timesitepro.com
• Disable chat on all screens, we have found email-based support is much more effective and timelier.
• Add a third date range option to the reporting engine report options screen.
• Improve robustness of reports screen.
• Update styles so that batch edit grids all show the red cell indicator to indicate an edit is unsaved.
• Remove the option to login via Facebook, TimesitePro is a business platform and no clients were using this feature.
