Images

TimeSite Pro's Images setting enables you to upload your company logo or other images to use in various ways within the TimeSite Pro application. The first three logos are used within the TimeSite Pro cloud application — login panel, login footer and screen heading. The second set of logos are used within standard and custom TimeSite Pro reports such as invoices, and report headers and footers.

Login Logo

This logo appears in TimeSite Pro's login screen as part of the login username and password panel. There is a fixed maximum size for this logo due to the fixed size of this panel. We suggest that you use a landscape version of your logo (horizontal orientation) if available scaled to fit within the maximum width and height of 280 pixels.

Page Header Logo

This logo will appear in the top left corner of all TimeSite Pro application screens in your browser. We suggest that you use a landscape version of your logo (horizontal orientation) if available scaled to fit within the 110-pixel wide by 20-pixel high specification. You may wish to add sufficient background to conform to this scaling ratio and avoid distortion of your logo. 

Login Footer Logo

This logo will appear in the bottom right corner of TimeSite Pro's login screen and forms a navigation button that can be used to link to your company home page or your timesheet help system or FAQ page. This is a small logo and works best with a dark or black background on our login page background image. You can also specify the URL for this button, then click on Save. 

Report Logo

This logo is used within invoices and TimeSite Pro standard reports. The image will be resized to a maximum width of 400 pixels and a maximum height of 100 pixels. 

Logos for Custom Reports

The three remaining logos — logo with company details, header image and footer image — can be uploaded to support custom reports developed by the TimeSite team for your specific requirements. You can request a custom report by contacting the TimeSite Pro team via email. We will provide further instructions to guide you in uploading appropriate logo files to your TimeSite Pro account.
