Our mobile users will login via the same email and password used to access their account in a browser. You won't be able to log in using your TimeSite user id.
The Review / Edit tab enables you to navigate to a selected date and review existing timesheet records. Touch the horizontal dots to review more details for an entry, edit or delete an individual timesheet record.
Touch the Add Record icon in the bottom menu to add a new Time or Expenses entry, or to start the start/stop Timer.
You can select the date, client (if enabled), project, task, duration, and comments field. If entering an Expenses record you will also be able to take a photo that will be attached to the record.
The Timer screen enables you to start a timer. Once you have completed your activity, you can stop the timer and complete the timesheet entry.
The Submit tab enables you to select a timesheet and submit it for approval.
You can use the Approved tab to review the status of submitted timesheets. You can touch the timesheet entry to review the detailed records for that timesheet period.
The Settings menu enables you to select your preferred time duration method and attachment size. You can specify whether you want the select the Client before selecting the Project. You log out from the application from this Settings screen.
