You're looking at our new TimeSite Help Center. We're in the process of redeveloping all our help content and updating the content to reflect many new features and UI developments.
The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for our customers. The Help Center is made up of two parts: a Knowledge Base and a Community area. You can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. We will regularly update our FAQ section as we continue to enhance TimeSite Pro. If your customers can't find an answer, they can submit a support request.
For more information on how to use our new platform, see Help Center guide for end-users.
Each user in our community has a Help Center profile, so our community members can get to know one another better. Profiles contain relevant information about the community member, along with your activities and contributions to the community. Profiles also give each community member the option to follow another user and get notifications when that user makes a post or comment.
We will keep our old Knowledge Base in place while we complete this transition.
We hope that you find this new resource of value. Don't hesitate to leave a comment or suggestion. Or you can email us at support@timesitepro.com.
