MYOB is changing the way authentication works. Previously they had two logins for a company file, this is being rationalised. Unfortunately, while this change is being implemented by MYOB, it breaks stuff for us.
You can resolve this issue by resetting the second login usernames password to its default.
-
Open MYOBSetup > User access
-
Click on the user ID: Administrator
-
If the checkbox "This user will sign on with a my.MYOB account" is checked, copy the email address from the Email field and then untick the checkbox.
-
Delete the asterisk in both password fields and click save.
-
If the checkbox was ticked then please tick it and put the email address that was there before back in the email field and click save again.
Once the above is done TimeSite Pro and MYOB will chat like they used to.
We will update this FAQ as soon as this temporary issue has been resolved by our development teams.
