Our development team works hard to improve the capabilities of both our cloud solution and our mobile apps. Our cloud-based software is updated automatically for all our customers. You can check the latest build date at the bottom of the sidebar menu in our Settings screen.
Our mobile apps are updated from the Apple App Store and the Google Play store. You can download the latest version of our apps by going to the relevant "store" app on your mobile device.
Apple iOS Devices
Search for the App Store app on your Apple iPhone or iPad, click on the Updates icon on the bottom row of the app menu, all apps with outstanding updates from their vendor will have their latest version downloaded and installed.
You can also request that your Apple device automatically install new updates. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and enable Automatic Downloads > Updates.

Android Devices
Search for the Google Play app on your Android phone or tablet, click on Menu > My apps & games > [select TimeSite Pro] > Update. Or you can click on Menu > My apps & games > Update All.
You can also request that your Android device automatically install new updates. Open the Google Play Store app and click on Menu > Settings > Auto-update apps. You can then select to update apps at any time or update apps only over your Wi-Fi network.
