TimeSite Pro creates invoices in Adobe Reader .pdf format by default. This enables you to email your invoices directly to your clients from within TimeSite Pro.
If you would like to modify your invoice before sending it to your client, you can configure TimeSite Pro to create invoices as Microsoft Word docs.
Navigate to Settings > Accounting > Accounting Settings and enable the setting Create invoices as Word docs.

Now when you select the Print icon in the Invoices tab, a Word doc will be downloaded to your computer. When you select the Email icon, the invoice will be attached to the email in Word doc format.
